We started as a statement against the sloppy professional standards that dominated the field of construction services 20 years ago. We wanted to set a new, high standard and work as consultants, solving our client's problems.
The company quickly grew and cemented itself as the new golden standard in commercial construction. Today we continue to build on that legacy and strive for excellence in everything we do.
Stephanie Groot is the founder of Summit Bridge Solutions, a leadership and transformation consultancy that helps people and organizations move from stuck to summit. With over 20 years of experience leading product teams, facilitating Agile transformations, and coaching executives, Stephanie brings a rare blend of strategic clarity, human-centered design, and empathetic leadership to every engagement.
At the core of her work is a belief that transformation starts with people. Stephanie is a Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) and PMI-ACP who specializes in building inclusive, resilient, and purpose-driven teams. Her approach to change is grounded in Agile values, design thinking, and servant leadership—prioritizing listening, alignment, and experimentation over rigid processes.
Stephanie has led global teams across the U.S. and EMEA, guided public and private organizations through major transitions, and coached leaders to find confidence in complexity. She is known for creating the psychological safety and structure needed for sustainable change.
